We had a great day today (16/06/2019) at Cranleigh Bowls Club.  Firstly the Kent Spitfires lost narrowly to Berkshire. It was  a great effort especially as we had three players who were only 14 and under. The team of Joe Sanford, Nic Holley, Josh Rowe and William Moulton (Kent Spitfires) did their county proud.

Our more experienced team of Joseph Vandepeer, Isaac Jenner, Adam Lawrence and Jason Avery (Kent Hop Pickers)also played very well and in the first game they beat Oxfordshire. They were very unlucky in the group stage losing to a very good Surrey team.

I would like to thank the reserves who attended today, Charlie Palmer, Bradley James, Jack Wimble-Roberts, Daniel Baigent and Thomas Mason. Also I would like to thank the parents who supported us, the great support we had from Ian King, Peter Luckhurst and Brian Trill.

Also thanks to the selectors and finally I would like to say how excited we are about the future, we have a great squad of players and plenty of strength in depth.
